Foyds Cajun Seafood FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. Does Floyd's have crawfish?
   Durring the season we do have boiled crawfish depending on size, quality, and availability. Outside of crawfish season we have many Crawfish Dishes(Etoufee, Creamy Crawfish Bisque, Laffayette Style Crawfish Bisque, Fried Crawfiish Tails, Crawfish Poboys, & more).
2. Excuse me waiter what did you just serve to that table over there?
   That was one of our "Off Menu" items "Oyster Bar Trash" it is Blackened Crab and Shrimp served in a lemon butter sauce.
3. Does Floyd's serve Oysters?
   Yes we have "Oysters On The Half Shell" all year round. We also have oysters available for Floyds Famous Seafood Gumbo (by request).
4. Does Floyd's have any more "Off Menu" items?
   We have many "Off Menu" items. This is because we are constantly coming up with new ideas, dishes, and lets not forget the sauces. Never fear we are still making Shrimp Embrochette (stuffed shrimp wrapped in bacon).
5. Does Floyd's have a kids Menu?
   We have a kids menu with seafood and non seafood items as well (5 kids plates to choose from and half orders of our entres are available).
   • Kids Hamburger (served with french fries, onion rings, mixed vegetables, or steamed rice)
   • Kids Chicken Tenders - fried or broiled (served with french fries, onion rings, mixed vegetables, or steamed rice)
   • Kids Shrimp - fried or broiled (served with french fries, onion rings, mixed vegetables, or steamed rice)
   • Kids Fish - fried or broiled (served with french fries, onion rings, mixed vegetables, or steamed rice)
   • Kids Oysters - fried (served with french fries, onion rings, mixed vegetables, or steamed rice)
6. Does Floyd's have a party room?
   Yes we have a room that will seat up to 40 people.
7. Do you have a Full Bar? Yes Floyd's has a wide variety of wine, beer, and cocktails to choose from. Happy Hour everyday from 3pm-7pm. Ask about our $4 Happy Hour Bar Appetizers.
8. Does Floyd's have gift certificates? Ask your server or bartender about purchasing gift certificates. Lunch or Dinner at Floyd's makes a great gift.
9. What if I don't like Seafood? Not to worry, at Floyd's we have many non seafood items. Our Pork Chops are awesome and people come from all around to get Floyd's Famous Krispy Krunchy Fried Chicken. We also have Steaks, Chicken Creole, Opelousas Duck, Chicken & Sausage Gumbo and more.
